LING, Rita

Rita F Ling was born in the Hartismere district of Suffolk in 1935, daughter of Sydney George Ling (1905-1974) and his wife Olive Mary née Abrey (1907-1995), who married at Hartismere in 1932 and in 1939 were living at Langton Grove, Eye, Suffolk. Rita is known for her delicate watercolour landscapes, particularly of Suffolk scenes and has exhibited with the 13th Ipswich Sea Scouts Exhibitions and elsewhere.
