SINGH, Devi
Devi Singh was born in London and graduated in Fine Art & Music in 1997. Devi has built extensive experience across Arts-related environments, working in music publishing, managing British commercial contemporary galleries, a director and owner of the popular Gallery & Arts Centre ‘Melting Pot Arts Centre’ in south London and more recently as Artistic Director of the Siren Arts & Environmental Festival. Since 2003 Devi has lived at Aldeburgh in Suffolk, producing many original works. A printmaker and illustrator her pieces have been shown in solo and group exhibitions in the UK, and appear in private and corporate collections worldwide. From 2008 Devi was gallery manager and curator at Thompson's Gallery at Aldeburgh and has led representation for the gallery at national art fairs, managed and curated the prestigious RHS Chelsea Flower sculpture gardens, and devised a series of innovative ticketed art concept talks. In 2025 was a freelance art consultant and curator and lead curator at Britten Pears Arts Summer Contemporary.
