MILLS, Anne
As Anne Barnardiston, she was born in London on 24 August 1795, the daughter of Nathaniel Barnardiston (28 September 1755-23 December 1837) and his wife Elizabeth Joanna née Styles (1760-1843) who married at St Andrew's, Holborn, London on 25 February 1783. Anne married at St. Marylebone, London on 12 April 1815, Revd Thomas Mills (17 November 1791-29 September 1879) and they had one son Revd Barrington Stopford Thomas Mills (1822-1899). Anne Mills made a drawing of Kedington Hall in Suffolk in the 1820s, recording the house demolished 35 years earlier. Anne Mills died at The Ryes, Little Henny, Essex on 7 May 1827 aged 31.
