PHILLIPS, Jennifer

Jennifer Mary Phillips took A-level Art and studied the works of John Constable when she began to express herself and become interested in painting landscapes, she went on to use her artistic talents throughout her teaching career. After spending eight years living in Lincoln, she returned to Suffolk and married in 1997 Mark A. Evans and they live at Rendlesham near Woodbridge with the coast on one side, the forest on the other, and between rolling fields and meandering rivers. As well as painting landscapes her other love is painting animals and since 1995, she has painted pet portraits and today her textured semi-abstract and abstract paintings in acrylic reflect her surroundings off the Suffolk coast and landscape. Jennifer exhibits with Dennington Arts and was a member of Suffolk Open Studios.
