Douglas Page was born in Suffolk and is a professional artist, who works in watercolour and collage. Douglas is a self-taught artist, although Penny Linton taught him for a year in 1992. The East Anglian estuaries, local landscapes and coastline provide Douglas with plenty of stories to tell, sometimes with a comical narrative, sometimes the mood is the story. Douglas has been exhibiting his work throughout East Anglia, London and the Southern Counties since 1987 and more recently his work has been exhibited and sold in New York, where Emmanuelle G.
