TRENT, Saville
Saville Trent was born at Ipswich in 1819, son of William Trent and his wife Sarah née Wilkinson, who married at St Margaret's Church, Ipswich on 22 September 1813. Saville married at Ipswich in 1845, Sarah Elizabeth Jessup (1823-1889) and had at least eight children. In 1851, a 30-year-old shoemaker & grocer, of the George Inn, Hintlesham with his 27-year-old wife Sarah, born at Chattisham, Suffolk and two sons, Henry 3 and Charles 1, both born at Hintlesham, the villages are all contiguous and near to Ipswich. In 1901, Saville was an 82-year-old retired salesman, living at 66 Bath Street, Ipswich with his 44-year-old spinster daughter Harriet, born Ipswich and his 27-year-old niece Edith, born at Islington. As a leather-cutter, Saville Trent died at 66 Bath Street, Ipswich on 1 June 1901, aged 81.
