Lindsay D Huggins was born in Gipping, Suffolk in 1954, son of David George Huggins (29 January 1926-27 October 1999) and his wife Valerie C F née Abbott, who married at Hartismere district in Suffolk in 1950. Lindsay married in 1979 Annette Hollobone and they live at Framlingham, Suffolk. Lindsay is a member and exhibitor at the Framlingham Art Society and was its chairman in 2022. He has also exhibited at the Carousel Gallery, Framlingham and elsewhere.
