MORRIS, Paul
Paul R Morris lives and works in the Suffolk countryside. He studied Art and Graphic Design at West Suffolk College and graduated with a degree in Fine Art from Nene College now the University of Northampton in 1997. An artist in charcoal and graphite whose paintings evoke a keen sense of place, showing an intimate understanding of the local Suffolk landscape, his work often marries abstract ideas with figurative references. He has exhibited regularly in the local area including the Suffolk Showcase Exhibition at Bury St Edmund's Art Gallery and at Bank Arts Centre, Eye and is a member of Suffolk Open Studios from 16 School Cottages, Hargrave, Bury St Edmund's, Suffolk.
