LEWIS, Jason

Jason David Lewis was born at Bury St Edmund's, Suffolk on 14 October 1955, son of Robert Malcolm Lewis (1923-21 November 2004) and his wife Maureen Frances Payne née Milk (1928-20 November 2013), who married at Bury St Edmund's in 1951. On leaving the Cambridge School of Art in 1980 Jason has worked as a freelance professional illustrator for many of the leading publishers, advertising agencies, design groups and architects. He has developed an interest in producing linocuts of his own drawings and designs which are sold as prints, cards, and individual three-dimensional objects. They are printed on a variety of handmade papers and fabrics.
