DELLAR, Bob
Robert M S Dellar was born in Essex in 1964, son of George Robert Dellar (7 December 1925-24 November 1993) and his wife Elsie Mary née Griffiths, who married in Essex in 1948. Bob married at Epping, Essex in 1995, Catherine M N Batt and they went to live at Kedington, Suffolk. Having a keen interest in natural history, Bob, as he was known, commenced his career as an arborist and gardener and since about 2017 has moved into art, representing in paint aspects of the natural world. A self-taught artist and a member of the Suffolk Art Society, he paints mostly in oils but has used watercolours and has experimented with other medias using Dibond panels.
