JEPSON, Brian
John Brian Jepson was born at 14 Clapgate Lane, Ipswich in 1932, son of John Francis Jepson (2 April 1902-16 February 1973), a motor driver & fitter, and his wife Rosa Florence née Maton (6 February 1905-15 April 1995), who married at Ipswich in 1927. Brian, as he was known, married at Ipswich in 1957 Jillian W. Paul (born 1932). Brian Jepson, architect, and artist was responsible for the genesis of the ‘Fore Street Facelift 1961' exhibition and website, when he passed to the Ipswich Society the set of original architect elevation drawings of buildings in Fore Street and Birkin Haward's colour scheme map. An architect who lived at 44 Fore Street, Ipswich. John Brian Jepson died at Ipswich on 27 October 2014.
