WOODS, Eileen Haring
As Eileen Haring she was born in New York, U.S.A. in October 1953 where she was raised but then lived and worked in Dublin for some six years and in London for over 30 years where she married at Westminster in October 1988, Michael Philip Woods (born November 1949) and they are now based in Suffolk. Eileen’s work includes art, music, theatre, film, design and production and throughout her career has worked with international artists in her practice as a curator, artistic director and producer which has included large scale live events such as festivals and public art. A director of the London based VGroup providing comprehensive creative and production services to the entertainment and promotions industry worldwide and since 1996 the artistic director of Haring Woods Studio which has been commissioned by landmark venues, local authorities and the Arts Council England and the United Nations Environment Programme. Eileen is an artist, curator, producer from The Haring Woods Studio, Doves Cottage, Moor Road, Middleton Moor, Saxmundham, Suffolk.
