Roger Capell-Clarke was an art teacher for over thirty years and has also been a designer bookbinder and a conservator of works of art on paper. After living in various countries was teaching at Ipswich High School before his retirement. Roger paints in watercolour and acrylic with a particular interest in architectural details and landscapes and he uses lino and wood for relief prints and zinc and aluminium for intaglio. A member of the Ipswich Art Society and a full member of Suffolk Open Studios with his studio at 7 The Street, Rushmere St Andrew, Ipswich.
