Alison Calvesbert, was born at Ipswich in 1979, daughter of Ivor O. Calvesbert and his wife Lydia G. Oldman, who married in the Samford district of Suffolk in 1967 and spent her childhood at Bawdsey on the Suffolk Coast at Woodbridge.
