SIMMONS, Diana

As Diana M. Ballard, she was born at Bromley, Kent in 1947, daughter of Henry William Ballard (8 November 1908-30 September 1988) and his wife Maisie Cecilia née Fletcher (6 September 1915-1999), who married at Bromley in 1942. Diana married at Bromley in 1969, Michael J. Simmons, and paints under the name of Diana Simmons. Diana uses a variety of media in her paintings, watercolour, acrylic, pastel, pen and collage. A Member of the Eye Arts Guild from 4 Cross Street, Eye, Suffolk.
