Educated at Thetford Nursery School on the Norfolk/Suffolk border and studied for his B.A. (hons) in Architecture from London. Ned had his first art exhibition in Istanbul in 1995 and over the years has become increasingly involved with the country and the Turkish people; from producing a first contemporary art exhibition at the Grand Bazaar in 1999 ‘Istanbul? Yeah!’ to ‘Her Yer Mustafa Her Yer Kemal’ at Palladium shopping mall in 2014. He has also exhibited in Texas, USA; Adam Street London, and locally in Suffolk at Coney Weston; Redgrave Church; Waveney Springs; Highwayman's Gallery, Stonham and at Gresham School, Norfolk. His commissions, exhibitions and projects have come from Saudi Arabia to Malaysia and in 2013, Brian Sewell, London 'Evening Standard' art critic noted “Ned Pamphilon is the Constable of Coney Weston”.
