REDGRAVE, John (1775-)

John Redgrave was baptised at Lowestoft St Margaret's Church, Lowestoft on 3 July 1775, son of [[John (1721-1801) Redgrave,3747]] and his second wife Mary née Shouldham, who married at Lowestoft on 19 February 1765. John married Ann, daughter of William Stevenson and his wife Jane née Dinmore, and they had four daughters born at Lowestoft between 1794 and 1799, with only Ann, born 4 November 1795 and Jane, born in 1799, surviving but had further issue at Worcester. A decorator at the Lowestoft Porcelain Works until its closure when he moved to the Worcester factory, the first of their four children born outside Lowestoft was John, who was baptised at St Helen, Worcester on 15 August 1802.
