BLY, John 1753-1792
John Bly was born at Lowestoft, Suffolk in 1753, son of John Bly (1727-1777), who also worked at the Lowestoft Porcelain Works, and his wife Eliza née Scrutton. A decorator at the Lowestoft Porcelain Works and he married at Lowestoft on 27 November 1775, Mary Cooper, their son was another John Bly 1779-1833. John Bly was buried at Lowestoft on 9 January 1792, aged 39.
