KEER, Michaiah
Michaiah Keer was born at Framlingham, Suffolk in the first quarter of 1862, daughter of Henry Keer and his wife Jane Mary Smith, who married at Framlingham in 1850, Michaiah had a brother Jesurun Hambling Keer who was born at Orford, Suffolk in 1858. Michaiah was a landscape painter in oil and a member of the Ipswich Fine Art Club 1887-1890, exhibiting from 74 Orford Street, Ipswich in 1887, two works ‘Orford Church' and ‘Morning up the Gipping’ but no further exhibits or references to her have been noted.
