KEER, Michaiah
Miss Michaiah Keer was born at Framlingham, Suffolk in 1862, daughter of Henry Keer and his wife Jane Mary Smith, who married at Framlingham in 1850, Michaiah had a brother Jesurun Hambling Keer who was born at Orford, Suffolk in 1858. Michaiah was a landscape painter in oil and a member of the Ipswich Fine Art Club 1887-1890, exhibiting from 74 Orford Street, Ipswich in 1887, two works ‘Orford Church' and ‘Morning up the Gipping’ but no further exhibits or references to her have been noted.
