COOPER, David Owen

David Owen Cooper was born at Ipswich in December 1936, son of Owen Victor Cooper (1916-11 February 1969) and his wife Lilian Grace née Tyler (18 December 1916-2001), who married at Ipswich in January 1936 and in 1969 were living at 34 Belstead Avenue, Ipswich. An artist who has two pictures at Martlesham Heath Control Tower Museum. He currently (2020) lives at Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.
