James W. C. Myers was born at Dartford, Kent in 1935, son of Charles Henry Myers, and his wife Alice née Challis, who married at Maldon, Essex in 1934. James married at Sidcup, Kent in 1959, Valerie A. Midwinter and painted under the name of Jim Myers. He exhibited at the Bury St Edmund's Art Society in 2012, from 11 Stanningfield Road, Bury St Edmund's.
