REEVE, John Frederick Charles
John Frederick Charles Reeve was born at Walberswick, Suffolk in 1931, son of Ernest Joseph Charles Reeve (25 February 1906-7 May 1993), a cowman, and his wife Violet Edith née Hester (28 December 1909-1996), who married at Blything in 1930 and in 1939 were living at Lodge Road, Walberswick, Suffolk. John married at Lothingland, Suffolk in 1958, Pamela Ann Brett (born 1932). His painting of the 'Battle of Sole Bay' is in the Southwold Sailors' Reading Room. John Frederick Charles Reeve died at Mill Lane, Beccles, Suffolk on 21 September 2011.
