WEBB, Carol

As Caroline Jacqueline Rampton, she was born at Colchester, Essex in 1949, daughter of William Owen Rampton (1924-15 October 2012) and his wife Mary Jacqueline Dawn née Cudmore (1929-27 May 2008), who married at Colchester in 1948. Carol married at Lambeth, London in 1972, Michael E. Webb and paints under the name of Carol Webb. Lithography, painting, printmaking, drawing in oil, watercolour, and pastel and in painting and lithography, using a direct press working on stone with ideas from the observation of nature. Member of Colchester Art Society, Gainsborough's House Print Workshop and Artclimbers. She has her studio at Carallack, 40 Pot Kiln Road, Great Cornard, Sudbury.
