SEYMOUR, Alan John Cuthbert
Alan John Cuthbert Seymour was born at Tendring, Essex on 12 June 1921, son of Arthur Cuthbert Seymour (30 May 1897-1985) and his wife Fanny née Pilgrim (1 April 1899-6 July 1964), who married at Tendring, Essex in 1920. In 1939, the family was living at 2 Oxno Cottages, Ingestre Street, Harwich, Essex where his father was an attendant at the sewerage pumping station. An amateur painter who has his 'De Havilland Mosquitos, 105 Squadron' in the collection of the Norfolk & Suffolk Aviation Museum. Alan John Cuthbert Seymour died at 1 Felaw Street, Ipswich on 22 February 1987.
