MILLER, Mary
As Mary Ruth Unstead, she was born at Salford, Lancashire in 1944, youngest of the three daughters of Robert John Unstead (21 November 1915-5 May 1988), an author and schoolteacher, and his wife Florence Margaret née Thomas (15 March 1917-2 March 2006), who married at Eastry, Kent in 1939 and were living at 'Kingsdown', Green Lane, St Albans, Hertfordshire. Mary married in the Blyth district of Suffolk in 1970, John R. Dixon and had two children and secondly in the Deben district of Suffolk in 1988, Clive Adrian Wigress Miller (1935-18 February 2019) and paints under the name of Mary Miller. An artist who contributed from 78 Abbey Road, Leiston to the 'Westhall Secret Postcard Auction' in 2012 'Girl on the Shore' which realised £40 and as M. R. (Unstead) Miller in 2013, a watercolour 'Mijas, Spain'.
