As Regina Asirvatham, she married Ivan Chandraraj and now paints under the name of Regina Chandraraj. An artist with her interest in watercolour using a wet-on-wet technique. This medium gives the vibrancy, transparency, and fresh feel for the paintings which she captures in her paintings of flowers. She has recently been working with pastels and found this medium for animal portraits creates a realistic appearance of the animal’s coat. She has her studio at Hessett, near Bury St Edmund's and has exhibited her work in the Edmunds Art Gallery and in Tostock, Woolpit and Great Barton Church Exhibitions.
