GRIGGS, David William
David William Griggs was born at West Ham, Essex on 8 January 1932, son of William Griggs (6 February 1904-1991), an aircraft tool fitter, and his wife Edith Eunice née Carter (9 July 1909-1976), who married at West Ham in 1930. In 1939, a schoolboy, living at 195 Brettenham Road, Walthamstow, Essex with his parents. In 1984, a builder at 15 Turold Road, Stanford-le-Hope, Essex when he filed his petition of insolvency at Southend and again in 1991. A Friend at the Ipswich Art Society and exhibited from 16 Blyford Way, Orwell Green, Felixstowe, Suffolk in 1990 'The Old Railway Line'. David William Griggs died in 2001 and was buried in the Town Municipal church burial ground, Felixstowe, Suffolk.
