ANSELL, Peter

1942 - ?

Peter John Ansell was born at Bonnywood Farm, Barking, Suffolk on the 30 September 1942, son of Jack Ansell (7 May 1909-24 September 2000) and his wife Sarah née Edwards (2 July 1909-26 February 1984), who married at Needham Market, Suffolk in 1931. Peter was a civil servant, serving in the Lord Chancellor's department but, from a child, has been an enthusiastic artist. A member of the Ipswich Art Club and exhibited from Ipswich in 1985, 'Study for Vitality' and his work is held in several private collections, including that of HRH King Charles III.
