DALE, Joyce Rosalind
As Joyce Rosalind Sinfield, she was born at Islington, London on 26 October 1923, daughter of John Sinfield and his wife Annie Elizabeth née Tarry, who married at Islington in 1921. Joyce was educated at Highbury Hill High School for Girls, Islington and she married at Islington in 1946, John Harry Dale (1898-1987) and painted under the name of Joyce Dale. A member of the Ipswich Art Club and exhibited from 2 Maltings Lane, Kirby-le-Soken, Essex in 1980, four paintings 'Spring Bouquet', 'Gentleman from San Remo', 'September Roses' and 'Jug with Fruit' and in 1900 'Flowers in the Attic' and 'Life Beginning'. Joyce Rosalind Dale died at Kirby-le-Soken on 4 December 1996.
