PEEL, Paul Frederick
Paul Frederick Peel was born at Romford, Essex on 25 June 1929, third child and only son of Frederick Peel (21 January 1887-6 December 1950), a chemical engineer, and his wife Bertha Florence née Olney (16 March 1892-12 October 1962), second daughter of Nurse Olney, who married at St Barnabas' Church, Little Ilford, Essex on 10 July 1915 and in 1921 were living at 216 Browning Road, East Ham, Essex with two daughters, Doreen Beatrice 4 and newly born Brenda Madeline, and by 1939 they were living at 66 Castellan Avenue, Romford. Paul married at Billericay Parish Church, Essex on 21 July 1951, Joan Edna Wormald (28 August 1928-17 September 2018), younger daughter of Edgar George Wormald of 32 High Street, Billericay, and they had two children including Richard Peel. Paul was a member of the Ipswich Art Club and exhibited from Eastlow Hill Farmhouse, Rougham Green, Bury St Edmund's in 1978 two pictures, 'Mrs. V. Bennett' and 'Welsh Village' and two further pictures in 1979 'Shoes' and 'Joan' and in 1980 exhibited one work 'Capt. G.R.E. Wrench, C.E'. Paul Frederick Peel died at Exeter on 29 June 1999.
