LORD, Pauline Hazel
As Pauline Hazel Stephenson, she was born at Colchester, Essex on 3 May 1917, daughter of Fred Stephenson (22 March 1878-22 February 1949), a farmer, and his first wife Emily née Pryke, who married at Tendring, Essex in 1913. In 1939 Pauline was a companion & dairy maid, living at Glebe Farm, Tendring, the home of George Ward Lord (8 September 1879-1953), a farmer & dairyman, and his wife Mabel Sophia née Debenham (8 June 1878-1964) and their son Edwin Stanley Lord (3 July 1918-7 February 2002) whom she married at Colchester, Essex in 1941. As Pauline Lord, a member of the Ipswich Art Club in 1977, in which year she exhibited from Glebe Farm, Tendring, Essex, one picture 'Sproughton Mill'. Pauline Hazel Lord died at Glebe Farm, Tendring on 26 August 1984.
