MOSSMAN, Ann
Ann M. Mossman was born at Ipswich in 1944, daughter of Frank Wimberley Mossman (28 June 1905-26 December 1978), an insurance clerk, and his wife Joan Dennis née Bridge (30 September 1910-24 July 2000), who married at Woodbridge, Suffolk in 1933 and in 1939 were living at 635 Foxhall Road, Ipswich. An associate member of the Ipswich Art Club from 1964, in which year she exhibited from 274 Colchester Road, Ipswich, an oil painting 'Suppression of Mankind' and the following year two further oils 'The Thistle' and 'Belstead Woodland'. Ann married in the Samford district of Suffolk in 1965, Anthony Hurford Mason (9 May 1942-1984), and does not appear to have exhibited again.
