A Mrs May Patton was an associate member of Ipswich Art Club 1959-1964 and exhibited from St Mary's, Main Road, Martlesham, Suffolk in 1959, two oil paintings 'Waiting for the Tide, Ipswich' and 'Skeletons, Ipswich' but does not seem to have exhibited again.
