SEVERWRIGHT, Norman Robert
Norman Robert Severwright was born at 8 Latham Road, East Ham, Essex on 14 July 1911, son of Henry Robert Severwright (1884-24 December 1953), a legging salesman later a hardware man, and his wife Elizabeth Louisa née Simmons (1884-18 February 1969), who married at West Ham, Essex in 1909. Norman married at Ipswich in 1939, Joan Barley (1917-10 September 1994) and in 1939, a stockkeeper at the petroleum board at Cliff Quay Ipswich, living at 69 Park View Road, Ipswich with his wife Joan and they had three sons. An honorary member of the Ipswich Art Society from 1974 from 83 Dale Hall Lane, Ipswich, but does not seem to have exhibited. Norman Robert Severwright died at 83 Dale Hall Lane, Ipswich on 14 May 1979.
