BLACKWELL, Richard
Richard Colin Blackwell was born in 1937. A member of the Ipswich Art Club 1955-1962 exhibiting from 'Fieldview', Ipswich Road, Grundisburgh, near Woodbridge, Suffolk in 1955, two watercolours 'Rhydda Bank' and 'A Corner of Grundisburgh' which seem to have been his only exhibits.
