BLACKWELL, Richard
Richard Colin Blackwell was born in 1937. A member of the Ipswich Art Club 1955-1962 exhibiting from 'Fieldview', Ipswich Road, Grundisburgh, near Woodbridge, Suffolk in 1955, two watercolours 'Rhydda Bank' and 'A Corner of Grundisburgh' which seem to have been his only exhibits. Richard Colin Blackwell died on 23 September 2019.
