Graham Stanley Dossett was born in Ormskirk, Lancashire and is a relative newcomer to the world of art taking it up after a full-time career that was not artistic. His post-retirement interest in art was noticed and nurtured by an artist friend who encouraged, advised and helped which resulted in taking classes and joining a local art group. A casual, part-time, artist experimenting with media and style, but primarily interested in the medium of watercolour and drawn to painting buildings and architectural subjects. A member of Bury St Edmund's Art Society.
