STUTCHBURY, Helen
As Helen Beloe, she was born Richmond-upon-Thames on 17 January 1934, eldest of the three children of Robert Beloe (12 May 1905-26 April 1984), an education officer, and his wife Amy née Rose (4 May 1911-23 October 1998), who married at Henley, Oxfordshire in 1934 and in 1939 were living at The Hill House, Queen's Road, Richmond-upon-Thames, Surrey. Helen married at Westminster, London in 1954, Oliver Piers Stutchbury (27 January 1927-29 January 2011), a politician, and they had three daughters and a son. She painted as Helen Stutchbury and exhibited at the Royal Academy from Woodbridge, Suffolk 1988-1993. In 2003 Helen Stutchbury was living at Gayles, Friston, Sussex and died on 21 November 2012 and buried at St Mary the Virgin, Friston, Sussex.
